Background


Bale grew up in a wealthy family of seven. Born the fourth of five boys on September 2, 1956 in St. Petersburg, Russia. His Mother, Genevieve Edo, was a nigerian college professor, and his father, Roman Bale, was a Colonel of the soviet Union and a General of the Russian Ground Forces. Bale was educated at St. Petersburg Classical Gymnasium before attending St. Petersburg State University where he learned four languages including German, English, Spanish and, French. The quadrilingual bloke also played rugby for the college team.

In 1972, Vyacheslav became the youngest nominee for Mayor at the age of sixteen only to step away to follow his father's footsteps. He would join Russian Ground Forces later that year. After a decade of serving his country, he split from the RGF via the use of terrorism, believing the RGF tactics were ineffective.
